Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All shipments are sent via USPS. Purchases have a delivery time frame of 1-3 business days in Puerto Rico and around 3-6 business days in the United States. Once we ship your order we will send you via email the tracking number.

Are you from San Juan, PR? Contact us and we can coordinate pick-up.

Shipping costs will NOT be reimbursed.

Our items are inspected before shipping.  If an item does not fit or if it arrives damaged, we have a “7 day after arrival” exchange policy to have it replaced. Please contact us at info@cultureshockpr.com before returning an item, so that we can asses the situation and provide further details to process your return.

*Culture Shock is not responsible for return shipping costs.  Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
